본 발명은 방송수신수단에서 출력되는 신호가 스크램블 신호인가를 감지하여 이에 해당된 제어신호를 출력하는 제1동기검출부와, 상기 제1동기검출부에서 동기신호가 검출되지 않을때 출력되는 제어신호에 의해 작동하여 수신된 스크램블 신호를 디코더에 공급하는 제1절환부와, 상기 디코더에서 출력되는 신호에 동기신호가 있는가를 검출하는 제2동기검출부와, 상기 제2동기검출부에서 동기신호가 검출되지 않을때 출력되는 제어신호에 따라 작동하여 영상 및 멜로디를 발생하는 영상 및 멜로디 발생부와, 상기 제1,2동기검출부의 출력을 조합하는 조합부의 출력에 따라 입력신호를 TV에 공급하는 제2절환부로 구성되어 스크램블 신호를 자동으로 해제하도록 디코더를 연결하고 입력신호가 무신호시 의상 영상신호와 멜로디음을 발생하여 TV에 공급함으로 시청환경을 쾌적하게 하는 스트램블 신호 자동절환장치이다.According to the present invention, a first synchronous detection unit detects whether a signal output from the broadcast receiving unit is a scrambled signal and outputs a control signal corresponding thereto, and a control signal output when the synchronous signal is not detected by the first synchronous detection unit.
