Abstract
본 발명은 완충장치가 아마추어축에 설치된 파워윈도우 모터에 관한 것으로 종래의 파워윈도우 모터에서는 웜휠(2) 자체의 파손은 댐퍼(6)에 의하여 방지할 수 있으나 웜(4a)의 변형 또는 파손은 막지 못하여 모터(3)를 반복 구속 할 때 변형으로 인한 소음 및 진동을 유발시켰고, 아마추어축(4a)에서 충격을 흡수하지 못하여 발생하는 윤활작용의 불균일이다. 아마추어축(4a)의 위치조정 간격의 변화로 인하여 정ㆍ역회전 시 볼트부(13)를 치는 소음도 유발되는 문제점이 있었다.The present invention relates to a power window motor in which a shock absorber is installed on an armature shaft. 본 발명은 파워윈도우 모터에 있어서 종래처럼 댐퍼(6)을 웜휠(2)과 체결시키는 구성 대신에 충격을 완충시켜 주는 댐퍼(14), 이 댐퍼(14)를 개재하여 아마추어축(4)의 기어케이스(1)에 삽설되는 부분 중 회전력이 전달되는 방향으로 웜(4a)의 전단 양측에 각각 고착된 클러치1(15')ㆍ클러치2(15')ㆍ기어케이스(1)와 아마추어축(4)간에 끼워넣어진 부시(16)로 구성된 완충장치(17)가 아마추어축(4)에 설치된 구조이므로 안정된 아마추어축의 회전으로 소음 및 진동을 방지하여 외부적 요인에 의한 모터(3)의 반복구속시에도 파손ㆍ변형을 방지하여 모터(3)의 수명은 연장시키는 특장점을 갖는다.The present invention provides a damper (14) for cushioning the shock instead of the configuration in which the damper (6) is engaged with the worm wheel (2) in the power window motor, and the gear of the armature shaft (4) via the damper (14).
