Abstract
본 발명은 집적소자에서 신호선의 노이즈 차폐 기술에 관한 것으로, 종래의 집적화수단에 있어서는 중요신호선과 이웃하는 신호선에서 노이즈 발생되는 경우 그 노이즈를 발생하는 신호선과 중요신호선간에 소정의 간격이 유지되도록 설계하거나 중요신호선의 근접된 위치에 노이즈를 미미하게 발생하는 신호선을 배열하는 수단으로 노이즈에 의한 악영향을 방지하였으나 고도의 집적화에 따라 그의 실현이 점차 어려워지는 것을 감안하여 본 발명은 중요신호선과 인접되는 위치에 위상변화가 급격히 발생하는 신호선이 위치하는 경우, 그 중요신호선과 급격한 위상변화를 일으키는 신호선의 사이에 별도의 차폐선을 형성하고, 그차폐선의 일측을 접지시킴으로써, 중요신호선측으로 절달되는 노이즈가 차폐선을 통해 접지축으로 흘러 노이즈에 의한 악역향을 보다 더 효과걱으로 대처할 수 있다.The present invention relates to a noise shielding technique of a signal line in an integrated device.
