Abstract
본 발명은 액정표시장치의 제조방법에 관한 것으로 게이트 라인과 데이타 라인이 형성된 판넬에 전도성 레이어를 밀착시키는 공정과, 액정표시소자 구동용 박막트랜지스터 어레이 제조시 형성된 게이트라인과 데이타 라인을 같이 연결하는 쇼팅바를 제거하는 공정으로 구성되어, 쇼팅바의 제거시 정전기에 의한 어레이의 손상을 방지함으로써 액정표시장치의 신뢰성을 향상시킬수 있는 효과가 있다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1.
