Description
Claims (7)
- 인체감지에 따른 적외선신호를 감지하여 임피던스를 매칭시키는 임피던스 변화수단과, 상기 임피던스 변화수단의 출력을 소정레벨 증폭하는 제1증폭수단과, 상기 제1증폭수단의 출력을 필터링하는 필터링수단과, 상기 필터링수단의 출력을 일정레벨 증폭하는 제2증폭수단을 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 적외선 센서 구동회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1증폭수단은 임피던스 변환수단의 출력을 일정레벨 증폭하는 프리엠프와, 상기 프리엠프(21)의 출력을 완충시키는 버퍼와, 상기 버퍼의 출력을 소정레벨 증폭하는 제1증폭기를 구비하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 적외선 센서 구동회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 필터링수단은 제1증폭수단의 출력중 일정저역 성분을 제거하는 고역통과 필터와,상기 고역통과 필터의 출력중 일정지역 성분을 제거하는 저역통과 필터로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 적외선 센서 구동회로.
- 제3항에 있어서, 고역통과 필터 및 저역통과 필터를 2폴(pole)로 구현하여 1-3㎐의 차단대역 주파수가 되도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 적외선 센서 구동회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2증폭수단은 필터링수단의 출력을 소정레벨 증폭하는 제2증폭기와, 상기 제2증폭기의 출력을 완충시키는 버퍼로 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적외선 센서 구동회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2증폭수단의 출력단에 A/D 변환수단을 추가함을 특징으로 하는 적외선 센서 구동회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2증폭수단 대신 A/D 변환수단을 구비함을 특징으로 하는 적외선 센서 구동회로.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
