Abstract

본 발명은 폴리에스테르/레이온 혼섬직물을 제조함에 있어서, 감량처리시 알칼리에 다음 구조식(I)로 표시되는 포스포늄 화합물 도는 다음 구조식(II)로 표시되는 암모늄 화합물을 0.5~6g/ℓ 첨가한 감량조성물을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합직물의 제조방법으로서, 본 발명에 의하여 폴리에스테르/레이온 혼섬직물을 감량 처리하면 레이온 섬유는 감량하지 않고 폴리에스테르 섬유만 감량하여 촉감과 외관이 우수하고 이지 케어(esay care) 성을 갖는 복합직물을 제조할 수 있다.
R1은 탄소수 8~20의 알칼기 또는 아릴기, R2, R3, R4는 각각 수소, 메틸기, 또는 에틸기, X는 Cl, Br, 또는 I이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 폴리에스테르/레이온 혼섬직물을 제조함에 있어서, 감량처리시 알칼리에 다음 구조식(I)로 표시되는 포스포늄 화합물 또는 다음 구조식(II)로 표시되는 암모늄 화합물 0.5~6g/ℓ 첨가한 감량조성물을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 물성이 우수한 복합직물의 제조방법.
    R1은 탄소수 8~20의 알칼기 또는 아릴기, R2, R3, R4는 각각 수소, 메틸기, 또는 에틸기, X는 Cl, Br, 또는 I이다.
