Abstract

본 발명은 식기 및 욕조등에 사용되는 법랑용 강판에 관한 것으로써, 법랑 밀착성 향상을 위해 통상 실시하는 산처리, 니켈 도금및 중화처리등의 전처리를 생략하고 법랑처리를 실시해도 통상의 법랑용 강판에 전처리를 실시한 후 법랑처리한 제품의 법랑밀착성과 동등 이상의 법랑밀착성을 확보 할 수 있는 전처리 생략형 법랑용 강판을 제공하고자 하는데, 그 목적이 있다.
본 발명은, 법랑용 강판에 있어서, 강판의 표면조도가 단위 cm당 10점 평균조도(Rz):6㎛ 이상, 단위 cm당 산의수:60이상, 및 10점 평균조도 x산의 수:600㎛ 이상의 조건을 만족하고;그리고 강판표면의 산화철 피막 두께가 2-10㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 전처리 생략형 법랑용 강판을 그 요지로 한다.

  1. 법랑용 강판에 있어서, 강판의 표면조도가 단위 cm당 10점 평균조도(Rz):6㎛ 이상, 단위 cm당 산의수:60이상, 및 10점 평균조도 x 산의 수:600㎛ 이상의 조건을 만족하고;그리고 강판표면의 산화철 피막 두께가 2-10㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 전처리 생략형 법랑용 강판
