Abstract

본 발명은 종래의 합금화 용융아연도금강판의 제조공정을 바꾸고, 또한 합금화 열처리 및 전기도금조건을 적절히 제어하여, 아연도금부착량이 90-150g/㎥인 후도금재의 경우에 있어서도 프레스가공성이 우수한 합금화 후도금 용융아연도금부착량을 제조하는 방법을 제공하고자 하는데, 그 목적이 있다.
본 발명은 합금화 용융아연 도금강판 제조방법에 있어서, 도금부착량이 30-150g/㎡인 용융아연도금강판의 상층부에 1-2g/㎡의 철계 전기도금을 한 후, 300-400℃의 온도에서 3-15초간 합금화 열처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프레스 가공성이 우수한 합금화 후도금 용융아연도금강판의 제조방법에 관한 것을 그 요지로 한다.

  1. 합금화 용융 도금강판 제조방법에 있어서, 도금부착량이 30-150g/㎡인 용융아연도금강판의 상층부에 1-2g/㎡의 철계 전기도금을 한 후, 300-400℃의 온도에서 3-15초간 합금화 열처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프레스 가공성이 우수한 합금화 후도금 용융아연도금강판의 제조방법.
