Abstract

본 발명은 폴리올레핀 수지조성물에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 폴리프로필렌 수지를 기본성분으로 하고 에틸렌프로필렌 고무, 탈크, 왁스 및 안정제를 첨가하므로써 길이가 1m 이상되는 사출물의 칫수안정성, 도장성, 내충격성 및 각종 기계적 성질이 우수하고 특히 부품의 씽크마트(Sink Mark)를 방지시킨 자동차의 웨이스트 라인(Waist Line) 사출물용 폴리오레핀계 수지조성물에 관한 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 폴리올레핀 수지조성물에 있어서, 용융지수가 10~35인 폴리프로필렌 수지 40~75중량%, 에틸렌 프로필렌 고무 10~35중량%, 평균입자 1~15㎛인 탈크 10~40중량%, 분자량 1000~5000인 폴리에틸렌 왁스 1~10중량% 및 치환된 벤조트리아졸과 벤조페논계 산화방지제 0.3~1중량%로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀 수지조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌프로필렌 고무는 무늬점도 ML1+4(100℃)가 30~55이며, 에틸렌 함량이 60~80중량%인 것임을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀 수지조성물.
