본 발명은 저 결정성, 저밀도 폴리 에스테르 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것으로서, 특히 고속방사에 적합한 폴리에스테르에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은, 테레프탈산을 주성분으로 하는 이관능성 카르복실산의 저급알킬에스테르와 에틸렌글리콜을 주로하는 글리콜류를 에스테르 교환반응, 중축합반응을 행하여 얻어지는 공중합 폴리에스테르에 있어서, 용유열(이하

Claims (3)

  1. 테레프탈산을 주성분으로 하는 이관능성 카르복실산의 저급알킬에스테르와 에틸렌글리콜을 주로하는 글리콜류를 에스테르 교환반응, 중축합반응을 행하여 얻어지는 공중합 폴리에스테르에 있어서, 용유열(이하Hm)=0~5.0cal/g, 밀도(이하 d)=1.325~1.355g/㎠의 값을 갖음을 특징으로 하는 공중합 폴리에스테르.
  2. 디메틸렌테레프탈레이트를 주성분으로 하는 이관능성 카르복실산의 저급 알킬 에스테르와 에틸렌글리콜을 주로하는 글리콜류를 에스테르 교환반응, 중축합 반응하는 것으로 행하여지는 폴리에스테르의 제조에 있어서, 아디프산, 세바신산, 네오펜틸 글리콜, 시클로핵산, 1,4-디카르복실산, 시클로핵산 1,4-디메탄올으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되어지는 이(異)성분을 디메틸렌테레프탈레이트 100중량부에 대하여 10~20중량부 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 저결정성, 저밀도 폴리에스테르 제조방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기한, 이성분은 아디프산, 세바신산, 네오펜틸 글리콜, 시클로핵산, 1,4-디카르복실산, 시클로핵산 1,4-디메탄올으로 이루어지는 군에서 2종이상 선택되어 사용되어짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
