Abstract

본발명은 형광표시관용 접착제 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 PbO-B2O3계의 비정계 유리분말을 제조함에 있어서 일정량의 산화안티몬을 첨가하여 금속납의 석출을 방지함으로써, 유리내 이질유리의 발생을 억제하고 흑화현상 및 외관불량을 방지하며, 특히 납금속에 의한 백금침식을 방지시킨 것으로, 형광표시관과 같은 전자표시관의 주변을 접착하는데 유용한 형광표시관용 접착제 유리조성물에 관한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. PbO-B2O3계 비정계 유리분말에 필러를 첨가하여 구성된 형광표시관용 접착제 유리조성물에 있어서, PbO 76~86 중량%, B2O34~15 중량%, ZnO 0.5~4 중량%, SiO20.3~2.3 중량% 및 Sb2O3또는 As2O30.1~3 중량%로 이루어진 저융점 유리분말 60~75 중량%에 저행창성 세라믹 필러인 지르콘 25~35 중량% 또는 PbTiO330~40 중량%를 첨가하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 형광표시관용 접착제 유리조성물.
