Abstract

본 발명은 활성오니에 의한 제지폐수의 처리방법에 관한 것으로, 활성오니에 의한 폐수처리를 할때 섬유소(Cellulose)를 효과적으로 분해할 수 있는, 섬유소에 대해 강력한 기질특이성을 가진 효소인 섬유소 분해효소를 활성오니중에 미량첨가함으로써 제지폐수내 섬유소를 구성성분인 포도당으로 분해시킨 후 상기 분해된 포도당을 활성오니중의 미생물이 대사(Metabolism)로 이용함으로 BOD, COD제거능을 향상시킨, 제지폐수의 주된 오염원이 섬유소성분의 처리효율을 높이기 위하여 폐수의 활성오니처리중 섬유소 분해효소(Cellulase)와 금속이온의 염 및 인산(Phos phoric acid : H3PO4)을 투여하여 폐수내 섬유소 성분을 효과적으로 제거하여 제지폐수의 처리효능을 안정적으로 향상시킬 수 있는 생물학적 제지폐수처리방법.The present invention relates to a method for treating paper wastewater by activated sludge, which is capable of effectively degrading cellulose when treating wastewater by activated sludge. The main contaminant of paper wastewater, which decomposes fibrin in paper wastewater into constituent glucose by adding a small amount of activated sludge, and improves BOD and COD removal ability by using the degraded microorganisms as metabolism.
