Abstract

본 발명은 타우로우루소데옥시콜린산을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 간염의 예방 및 치료용 의약조성물에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 바람직한 의약조성물은 타우로우루소데옥시콜린산 25 내지 1000㎎을 함유하며, 추가로 적어도 하나의 약제학적으로 허용되는 담체를 함유할 수 있다.
특히 본 발명의 의약조성물은 간염의 예방 및 치료에 효과가 있는 약제로서 독성이 없고, 제제학적으로 안정성 양호하여 산업적으로 매우 유용한 발명이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 타우로우루소데옥시콜린산 을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 간염의 예방 및 치료용 의약조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,경구투여용 단위제제로 제형화된 의약조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서,제제가 정제,캅셀제,연질캅셀제 액제로 함을 특징으로 하는 의약조성물.
  4. 제2항에 있어서,단위제제당 타우로우루소데옥시콜린산을 25 내지 1000㎎ 함유함을 특징으로 하는 의약조성물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서,단위제제당 타우로우루소데옥시콜린산을 25 내지500㎎ 함유함을 특징으로 하는 의약조성물.
  6. 제1항 내지 5항중 어느 하나에 있어서,추가로 적어도 하나의 약제학적으로 허용되는 담체를 함유하는 의약조성물.
  7. 제6항에 있어서,담체가 희석제,활택제,결합제,붕해제 및 안정화제 중에서 선택된 1종 이상의 성분인 의약조성물.
