Abstract

본 발명은 지반의 붕괴 방지제인 지반고결제를 지반내에 침투시키는데 이용되는 지반고결제의 압입 볼트 및 그를 이용하여 지반을 고결시키는 공법에 관한 것으로서, 일단에 나사가 형성되고, 내부에는 고결제근 혼합수단(IS)이 구비되어 외부로 부터 유입되는 지반고결제를 흔합하여 분출시키는 내관(14): 전기 내관(14)의 외부에 구성되어 있되, 일단은 막히고 그 몸통에는 내판(14)에서 분출되는 고결제가 지반으로 침투되도록 다수의 고결제 방사구가 천공된 제 1외관(lla)과 일단이 제 1외관(lIb)에 연결수단(16)으로 연통하여 연결되고 다른 일단은 내관(14)과의 나사결합부가 형성되어 있는 제 2외관(lIb); 전기 제 2외관(lIb) 일단의 나사결합부에 전기 내관(14)의 일단을 고정시키는 결합수단(13); 및, 전기 제 1외관(lea)의 막힌 일단쪽치 내부 및 전기 제 1외관(lea)와 제 2외관(lIb)의 연결부상의 내관(14)과 외관 사이에 구성되어 외관(lea, lIb) 내부의 고결제 확장을 방지하며, 전기 내관(14)의 일단을 외관에 고정시키는 억제수단(12)(12a)를 포함하는 지반고결제의 압입볼트와 이를 이용한 지반고결공법을 제공한다.

Claims (2)

  1. 일단에 나사가 형성되고, 내부에는 고결제의 혼합수단(15)이 구비되어 외부로 부터 유입되는 지반 고결제를 혼합하여 분출시키는 내관(14)', 전기 내관(14)의 외부에 구성되어 있되, 일단은 막히고 그 몸통에는 내관(14)에서 분출되는 고결제가 지반으로 침투되도록 다수의 고결제 방사구가 천공된 제1외관(lla)과 일단이 제 1외관(lla)에 연결수단(16)으로 연통하여 연결되고 다른 일단은 내관(14)과의 나사결합부가 형성되어 있는 제 2외관(lIb); 전기 제 2외판(lIb) 일단의 나사결합부에 전기 내판(14)의 일단을 고정시키는 결합수단(13); 및, 전기 제 1외관(lla)의 막힌 일단쪽의 내부 및 전기 제 1외관(lla)와 제 2외판(lIb)의 연결부상의 내관(14)과 외관 사이에 구성되어 외관(lla, lIb) 내부의 고결제 확장을 방지하며, 전기 내관(14)의 일단을 외관에 고정시키는 억제수단(12)(12a)를 포함하는 지반고결제 의 압입볼트.
  2. 제1항의 지반고결제 압입볼트을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지반고결공법.
