Abstract

본 발명은 정련작업 진행시 전로내의 용선상부에 산소를 고압으로 취입하는 랜스본체 표면의 지금을 효과적으로 제거하여, 취련작업의 원활함과 노동부하, 원가의 최소화를 도모하게 된 전로상취 랜드본체의 지금제거 방법을 제공하기 위한 것이다.
이를 위해 본 발명에서는 전로정련작업의 진행시에 용선조건은 1600이상의 크린랜스지수로 하고, 취련종료후 상승하는 랜스본체에 냉각수를 분사함으로서 급속냉각에 의해 크랙 발생된 지금이 자중에 의해 탈락제거 되도록 한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 전로정련작업을 진행함에 있어서, 용선조건은 1600이상의 크린랜스지수로 하고, 취련종료후 상승하는 랜스본체에 냉각수를 분사시켜 급속냉각에 의해 크랙발생된 지금이 지중에 의해 탈락되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 전로상취 랜스본체의 지금제거방법.
