Abstract
종 형태의 상부(4)와, 중간링(5) 및 처리되는 금속의 조(2)가 배치되고 처리되는 금속(10) 모두를 내장하는 용강국자(9)에 침지되는 두 다리(7,8)가 설비되는 하부(2)로 구성되는 진공 처리실에서의 강의 탄소제거 방법으로서, 산소의 중간링(5)의 위치, 사실상 중간링(5)의 중앙에서 처리되는 금속의 조(2) 위로 수직으로 송풍됨을 특징으로 한다.
진공 강 처리실은 상기 처리실의 중간링(5), 사실상 중간링의 중앙에 최소환 두개의 수평 송풍구(11,12)가 제공된다.

Claims (5)
- 종 형태인 상부(4)와, 중간링(5) 및 처리되는 금속의 조(2)가 배치되며 처리되는 금속(10) 모두를 내장하는 용강국자(9)에 침지된 두 다리들(7,8)을 구비하는 하부(6)로 구성되는 진공 처리실에서의 강의 탄소제거방법으로서, 산소는 상기 처리시의 중간링(5)의 위치에서 처리되는 금속의 조(2) 위로 수평으로 송풍됨을 특징으로 하는 진공처리실에서의 강이 탄소제거 방법.
- 제1항에 따른 방법을 수행하기 위한 진공처리실로서, 최소한 2개의 수평 송풍구(11, 12)가 처리되는 금속의 조(2) 위의 상기 중간링(5)에 제공됨을 특징으로 하는 진공처리실.
- 제2항에 있어서, 수평 송풍구들(11,12)은 처리실(3)의 주위에 일정하게 분포됨을 특징으로 하는 진공처리실.
- 제2항에 있어서, 송풍구들(11,12)은 사실상 상기 처리실(3)의 중간링(5)의 중앙에 제공됨을 특징으로 하는 진공처리실.
