Abstract

The above design is to replace the main material of the culture medium for spawn production used for mushroom cultivation with wood chips instead of the conventional sawdust. Currently, mushrooms are grown by inoculating seeds on a medium based on sawdust and then inoculating seeds on a medium for mushroom cultivation. In the meantime, mushroom cultivators recommend inoculating sawdust spawn on mushroom cultivation medium, but spawning spawns with grain size is difficult to follow.

The present invention solves the above problems by using the characteristics of the wood section to overcome this problem. Spawns grown with wood slices as the main material meet the above recommendations by maintaining small lumps without the particles becoming thinner when spawning.

It is known that the group that forms mushrooms as fruiting bodies with wood-fungal fungi is LIGNIN, CELLULOSE, HEMICELLULOSE as the main carbon source and grows fruit by using other nutrient sources and then form fruiting bodies by stimulation of external environmental factors. Therefore, the tree fragments and nutrient sources used in the present invention are considered to be suitable for cultivation of woody fungi and fruit body formation, and are particularly important as batch materials for mushroom cultivation.
