Abstract

본 발명은 식물 생육에 도움을 주는 미생물이 토양내에서 잘 성장하고 환경에 적응할 수 있는 형태인 분말, 입자 또는 펠릿형의 미생물을 함유하는 토양 개량제의 제조 방법, 및 골프장 잔디 및 채소밭 작물의 활성화에 사용하기 위한 미생물을 함유하는 토양 개량제에 관한 것이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 유기 질소원 및 탄소원을 함유한 배지를 미생물 비료 또는 토양 개량제로 사용되는 공지의 미생물 세포 및 포자와 혼합시켜 배양한 후, 세포 수가 108~1010/g에 이르렀을 때 풍건 또는 분무 건조시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 개선된 토양 개량제겸 미생물 비료의 제조 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 유기 질소원이 탈지 대두박, 유채박, 면실박과 같은 콩류의 부산물, 비지, 수산물, 축산물의 부산물로 이루어지는 군 중에서 선택되는 것인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 탄소원이 옥수수 침지액, 옥분, 쌀겨 또는 밀기울로 이루어지는 군 중에서 선택되는 것인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 배양이 액체 배양법 또는 고체 배양법에 의해 수행되는 것인 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 토양 개량제겸 미생물 비료가 분말형, 입자형 또는 펠릿형 으로 제조되는 것인 방법.
