Abstract

본 발명은 오니의 탈수장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 오니분배기(10)에서 좌우측의 오니탱크(20)(20a)로 공급한 오니(12)를 서로 대향하는 방향으로 회전하는 다공질의 내,외측 오니 운반벨트(30)(30a)를 압축로울러(40)와, 진공흡착헤드(50) 및 압축공기탱크(60)와 진동수단(70)등을 통과시키면서 탈수하는 특징적인 구성에 의해 오니중에 포함된 수분을 복합적으로 효과있게 탈수하는 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 오니를 좌, 우측으로 분리하여 투출하는 오니분배기와, 좌, 우측에 서로 대향토록 설치하여 상기 오니분배기에서 투출되는 오니를 저장하는 한쌍의 오니탱크와, 상기 각 오니탱크를 통과하면서 일정량의 오니를 실은 다음 서로 포개지면서 오니를 합친상태로 일정궤도를 주행하는 다공질의 내, 외측 오니 운반벨트와, 상기 주행하는 내, 외측 오니 운반벨트가 긴장되도록 사형으로 걸어 포개진 오니를 탈수하는 다수개의 압축로울러와, 상기 주행하는 내, 외측 오니 운반벨트의 어느한 구간을 진공 흡착하여 탈수하는 진공흡착헤드와, 상기 주행하는 내,외측 오니 운반벨트의 다른 구간을 압축공기로 불어서 탈수하는 압축공기탱크와, 상기 주행하는 내,외측 오니 운반벨트의 또다른 구간을 진동시켜 탈수하는 진동수단을 구비함을 특징으로 하는 오니의 탈수장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 진동수단은 상부중앙의 주진동로울러와, 상기 주진동로울러 하부의 좌,우측에 배치한 보존 진동로울러와, 상기 주진동로울러의 진동을 보조진동로울러로 전달하는 한편, 주행중인 내, 외측 오니 운반벨트가 상기 주진동로울러 및 보조진동로울러와 긴밀히 접하도록 하는 진동체인을 구비함을 특징으로 하는 오니의 탈수장치.
