Abstract
본 발명은 진공 정밀 주조 용해로에 관한 것으로 주형을 가열할 수 있는 저항 가열로(16)을 진공 챔버(18) 내부에 설치하고 주형 공급 챔버(24)와 주형 제거챔버(22)를 별도로 구비한 진공 정밀 주조 용해로(10)에 관한 것으로서, 저항 가열로(16)은 유도 용해로(12)와 함께 진공 챔버(18) 내에 설치하고, 진공 챔버(18)의 하방에는 게이트(20)을 사이에 두고 주형 제거 챔버(22)를, 그리고 진공 챔버(18)의 후방에는 게이트(24)를 사이에 두고 주형 공급 챔버(26)을 각각 설치함으로써 주형을 진공 챔버(18)의 내부에서 직접 가열할 수 있고, 공급과 제거를 동시에 할 수 있고, 또한 저항 가열로(16)에 의한 가열과 주형 트레이에 의한 냉각을 조절함으로써 주물의 온도 구배 및 냉각 속도를 임의로 자유롭게 조절하여 주물의 특성을 최적화할 수 있다.The present invention relates to a vacuum precision casting melting furnace, wherein a resistance heating furnace (16) capable of heating a mold is installed in a vacuum chamber (18), and a vacuum having a mold supply chamber (24) and a mold removing chamber (22) separately.
