본 발명은 하이브리드방법에 의해 마이크로렌즈가 실장된 소자구조에 관한 것으로, 상,하부투명기판 사이에 차례로 형성된 TFT를 스위칭소자로 하는 투명전극화소로 이루어진 TFT패널, 액정층, 컬러필터 및 상기 TFT패널이 형성된 하부 투명기판의 후면에 장착된 백라이트로 구성되는 박막트랜지스터 액정표시소자에 있어서, 상기 TFT패널과 백라이트 사이에 하이브리드방법에 의해 마이크로렌즈패널이 장착된 구조와 투명기판상의 소정부분에 형성된 포토다이오드와 TFT 및 메탈매트릭스부로 이루어진 구성된 콘택이미지센서에 있어서, 상기 센서어레이 상부에 평탄화층을 개재하여 하이브리드 방법에 의해 마이크로렌즈 패널이 실장된 구조 및 유리기판상에 차례로 형성된 투명전극, 2층의 절연박막 사이에 샌드위치형으로 형성된 발광층, 상부전극으로 구성된 박막EL소자에 있어서, 상기 유리기판 하부에 하이브리드방법에 의해 마이크로렌즈가 실장된 구조를 제공함으로써 TFT LCD의 화질을 향상시키고, 콘택이미지센서의 포토다이오드 수광특성을 향상시키며, 박막EL소자의 가시휘도를 향상시킨다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1.
