본 발명은 부품수를 줄이고 조립공정수도 그 만큼 줄일 수 있는 밸브의 로드기구를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 하는 것으로서, 그 구성은 밸브보디(4)내에 장착되며 기기조작부에 장착된 샤프트에 걸어맞춰져서 축방향으로 왕복운동하는 로드기구(100)로서, 샤프트에 의하여 피동되는 통체(2)와; 이 통체(2)에 축방향으로 틈을 유지하며 동축적으로 연결된 로드(1)와; 이 로드(1)와 통체(2)사이에 개재시킨 스프링(3);을 구비한 로드기구(100)에 있어서, 로드(1)는 막대형상의 본체(10)와, 이 본체(10)와 일체로 성형된 전닥턱(11)과, 본체(10)와 일체로 성형된 중간턱(12)으로 이루어지며, 통체(2)는 후단부에 끌면(21)을 구비함과 아울러 외주에서 이 끝벽(21)의 중심에 이르는 절결부(22)를 가지며, 전닥턱(11)은 절결부(22)에 끼워 넣어져서 끝벽(21)과 걸어맞춰지며, 스프링(3)은 중간턱(12)과 끝벽(21) 사이에 개장되는 것을 특징으로 한다.The object of the present invention is to provide a rod mechanism of a valve which can reduce the number of parts and the number of assembling processes, and the configuration thereof is mounted in the valve body 4 and is engaged with the shaft mounted on the machine control unit.
