Abstract

본 발명의 양모/실크/캐시미어의 복합 방정사는 양모 20∼60중량%, 실크 20∼30중량%, 및 캐시미어 20∼50중량%로 구성된 것으로, 실크 및 캐시미어를 각각의 특정조건에서 숙성시키고, 혼합 톱(mixing top)을 숙성시켜서, 양모/실크 캐시미어의 복합우너료를 특정의 혼합기술로 방적하고, 특징의 유제를 사용하여 양모/실크/캐시미어의 혼합 방적을 원활히 하여 제조한 복합 방정식 및 그 복합사를 염색, 제직 및 가공하여 완성된 직물에 관한 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 실크 톱을 숙성시키고 양모, 실크 및 캐시미어를 길링 박스내에서 길링공정을 행하여 혼합하고 정방공정에서 혼합된 리코밍 톱을 혼합하고 오토레블러, 고속길 및 바이코일러를 거쳐서 슬라이버를 제조하고, 평활유연제와 대전방지제를 사용한 오일링 공정을 행하는 방적공정 : 방적사를 습윤전치리하고 저온에서 PH를 중성으로 유지하여 염색하고 온수로써 세척하여 고정제로 후처리하는 염색공정 : 개구량, 개구타이밍 및 레스트 위치를 조절하여 경사의 사절을 방지하는 제직공정 : 및 세융, 건조, 세팅 및 필링 방지공정을 행하는 가공공정을 거쳐서 20∼60 중량%의 양모, 20∼30 중량%의 실크 및 20∼50 중량%의 캐시미어로 이루어지는 복합사로 제직한 직물.
  2. 실크 톱을 숙성시키고 양모, 실크 및 캐시미어를 길링 박스내에서 길링공정을 행하여 혼합하고 정방공정에서 혼합된 리코밍 톱을 혼합하고 오토레블러, 고속길 및 바이코일러를 거쳐서 슬라이버를 제조하고, 평활유연제와 대전방지제를 사용한 오일링 공정을 행하는 방적공정과 방적사를 습윤전처리하고 저온에서 PH를 중성으로 유지하여 염색하고 온수로써 세척하여 고정제로 후처리하는 염색공정을 행하여 20∼60 중량%의 양모, 20∼30 중량%의 실크 및 20∼50 중량%의 캐시미어로 이루어지는 복합사.
