Abstract

본 발명은 건축물의 마루나 벽등에 설치되는 건축용 패널의 제조방법 및 장치에 관한 것으로서, 개방된 주형(10)내에 모든표면장식부재(1)의 이면에 걸쳐서 액체상태의 기판 구성재료를 저압흐름방식(Laminated flow)으로 투입하는 과정과, 그 기판 구성재료를 응고시킴으로서, 각 표면장식부재(1)를 응고된 기판(2)에 일체로 고정 시키는 공정을 갖는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (2)

  1. 개방된 주형(10)내에 모든 표면장식부재(1)의 이면에 걸쳐서 액체상태의 기판 구성 재료를 저압흐름방식(laminate flow)으로 투입하는 과정과, 그 기판 구성재료를 응고시킴으로서, 각 표면장식부재(1)를 응고된 기판(2)에 일체로 고정시키는 공정을 갖는 것을 특징으로하는 건축용 패널의 제조방법.
  2. 텐테이블장치(7), 성형용 주형(10), 표면장식부재의 배열지그(13) 및 크로스라이너(15)로 이루어진 건축용 패널을 제조하는 장치.
