Abstract

본 발명은 입자의 크기가 불균일한 구형입자들의 혼합물에 균일한 두께의 피막이 형성되록 피복하는데 적합한 경사형 원통회전식 입자피복장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 장치는 입자의 피복이 수행되는 회전원통체를 구성함에 있어 원추형의 경사내통체가 외통체 내부에 삽입되어 이루어진 단위 원통체 여러개를 연속적으로 연결하되 각 연결부에 환형의 격벽을 개재시킨 구성을 취하고 있다. 이와같은 본 발명은 피복대상 입자의 크기가 불균일한 경우 입자의 크기가 큰 입자에 대해서는 회전원통체 내에서의 진행속도를 빠르게 하는 한편 작은 입자에 대해서는 느리게 진행하도록 하여 입자크기별 회전원통체내 체류시간의 차이를 둠으로써 입자의 크기에 관계없이 모든 입자에 대해 균일한 두께의 피막형성이 가능하다는 장점이 있다.The present invention relates to an inclined cylindrical rotary particle coating device suitable for coating a film of uniform thickness on a mixture of spherical particles having irregular particle sizes.
