Abstract

FIELD: metallurgy, coating of rolled products of different configuration without rotating these products about their axis. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has powder mixture bin with feeder-ejector, mixing chamber, spraying head, which has annular precombustion chamber and supersonic annular nozzle. Apparatus is further provided with system for supplying working fluid into spraying head. Apparatus produces double-phase gaseous mixture (particles and carrier gas) with required gas and thermodynamic parameters providing for efficient coating and high quality of rolled products. Such construction allows coat of predetermined uniform thickness over the whole surface of rolled product to be applied. Rolled product may have any shape, such as cylindrical, polygonal, angular or hollow. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction and enhanced reliability. 2 dwg

Claims (1)

Изобретение относится к металлургической промышленности, в частности к оборудованию для нанесения покрытий на изделия прокатных станов (трубы, швеллера, уголки и т, д.). Цель повышение технологического процесса нанесения покрытий на поверхность изделий различной конфигурации без ее вращения вокруг своей оси и повышение качества покрытий. Предлагаемое устройство состоит из бункера для порошковой смеси с питателем-эжектором, камеры смешения, распыливающей головки, состоящей из кольцевой форкамеры и сверхзвукового кольцевого сопла и систем подачи рабочего газа в распыливающую головку. Устройство формирует покрытия на изделиях прокатных станов в ходе технологического процесса. Предлагаемое устройство создает двухфазную газовую смесь (частицы + газ-носитель) с необходимыми газо- и термодинамическими параметрами, обеспечивающими технологичность нанесения покрытий и качество покрытий. Устройство позволяет получать равномерное заданной толщины покрытие по всей поверхности изделия без ее вращения вокруг своей оси при том, что профиль поверхности может иметь любую форму (цилиндр, многогранник, уголок, галтель и т.д.).The invention relates to the metallurgical industry, in particular to equipment for coating products of rolling mills (pipes, channels, corners, etc.). The device forms coatings on products of rolling mills during the process. The proposed device creates a two-phase gas mixture (particles + carrier gas) with the necessary gas and thermodynamic parameters, ensuring the manufacturability of the coating and the quality of the coatings. The device allows to obtain a uniformly predetermined thickness of the coating over the entire surface of the product without its rotation around its axis, despite the fact that the surface profile can have any shape (cylinder, polyhedron, corner, fillet, etc.).
