Abstract

본 발명은 식기세척기에 설치된 하나의 일체화된 세정 및 배수겸용펌프로서 효율적인 급배수를 할수 있고, 간단한 구조로서 기기의 크기를 콤팩트화하여 제작단가를 낮출수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 급수시 수압변화에 상관없이 항상 일정한 상태를 유지하여 식기의 세척효율을 증대시킬 수 있으므로 인해 제품의 효율성 및 신뢰성을 대폭 향상시킨 것이다.
이를위해, 본 발명은 세척조(1)에 연통되어 분기된 흡입관(2)에 설치되어 세척수의 급배수시 급수밸브(4)가 온 오프됨에 따라 온되는 제1순환밸브(5)와, 상기 흡입관(2) 및 세척조(1)의 스프레이암(6)과 연통되어 분기된 토출관(7)의 사이에 설치되어 급배수시 작동되는 세정 및 배수겸용의 펌프(8)와, 상기 토출관(7)에 설치되어 급배수시 온 및 오프되는 제2순환밸브(9)와, 상기 토출관(7)에 설치되어 급배수시 오프 및 온되는 배수밸브(10)로 구성된 식기세척기의 급배수장치이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 세척조(1)에 연통되어 분기된 흡입관(2)에 설치되어 세척수의 급배수시 급수밸브(4)가 온 오프됨에 따라 오프 및 온되는 제1순환밸브(5)와, 상기 흡입관(2) 및 세척조(1)의 스프레이아암(6)과 연통되어 분기된 토출관(7)의 사이에 설치되어 급배수시 작동되는 세정 및 배수겸용의 펌프(8)와, 상기 토출관(7)에 설치되어 급배수시 온 및 오프되는 제2순환밸브(9)와, 상기 토출관(7)에 설치되어 급배수시 오프 및 온되는 배수밸브(10)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 식기세척기의 급배수장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 세척조(1)의 하부에 설치된 제어수단(11)의 제어회로부(12)에는 급수시 수압부족 또는 수압변동이 심할때 수위머출부(13)의 신호가 인가되어 제어회로부(12)에 의해 펌프(8)를 구동시켜 일정한 수압상태를 유지하도록 수압을 자동판별하는 수압판별부(14)가 연결된 식기세척기의 급배수장치.
