Abstract

본 발명은 음극선관용 전자총으로서, 고전류레벨에서 양호한 해상도를 얻기 위해, 전자빔을 방출하는 음극, 전자빔의 통과용 개구를 갖는 제1의 전극 및 전자빔의 통과용 개구를 갖는 제2의 전극을 갖는 3극관 및 전자빔을 화면상에서 초점맞춤하는 주렌즈를 포함하며 상기 전자빔이 발산하지 않도록, 제1의 전극과 제2의 전극 사이의 간격 및 제2의 전극의 두께가 볼록렌즈를 형성하는 구성으로 한다.
이러한 전자총을 사용하는 것에 의해, 고전류레벨에서 양호한 해상도를 부여할 수 있고 빔스폿사이즈의 변화를 저감시킬 수 있다.

Claims (4)

  1. 전자빔을 방출하는 음극, 상기 전자빔의 통과용 개구를 갖는 제1의 전극 및 상기 전자빔의 통과용 개구를 갖는 제2의 전극을 갖는 3극관 및 상기 전자빔을 화면상에 초점맞춤하는 주렌즈를 포함하며, 상기 전자빔이 발산하지 않도록, 상기 제1의 전극과 상기 제2의 전극 사이의 간격 및 제2의 전극의 두께가 볼록렌즈를 형성하는 음극선관용 전자총.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전자빔의 통과용인 상기 제1의 전극에 있어서의 개구는 제1의 직경을 가지고, 상기 전자빔의 통과용인 상기 제2의 전극에 있어서의 개구는 제2의 직경을 가지고, 상기 제2의 전극은 상기 제1의 직경의 1/2이하인 두께를 가지고, 상기 제2의 전극은 상기 제2의 직경의 1/2 이하인 두께를 가지며, 상기 제1의 전극과 상기 제2의 전극은 상기 제2의 직경의 1/2이하의 거리만큼 서로 분리되어 있는 음극선관 전자총.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 음극 및 상기 제2의 전극은 상기 음극이 컷오프전압에서 구동될 때, 전위차가 400V이하인 음극선관용 전자총.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 3극관은 또한 상기 전극빔의 통과용 개구를 갖는 제3의 전극을 포함하고, 상기 제2의 전극은 상기 제1의 전극과 상기 제3의 전극 사이에 배치되며, 적어도 10kV/㎜의 축 전위구배는 상기 제2의 전극과 상기 제3의 전극 사이에 존재하는 음극선관용 전자총.
