Abstract
본 발명은 브라운관 표면의 코팅막을 재생시키는 신규한 방법을 개시한다.The present invention discloses a novel method for regenerating a coating film on a CRT surface.
종래에는 코팅막의 제거에 연마재를 도포한뒤 이를 연마하고 다시 세정해내는 방법을 사용하였으므로 재생공수가 크며 브라운관에 손상이 잔류하는 문제등이 있었다.Conventionally, after removing the coating film, a method of applying an abrasive material and then polishing and washing it again has a problem in that the regeneration time is large and damages remain in the CRT.
본 발명에서는 코팅막을 분해액에 침지시켜 분해한뒤 세정해내도록 함으로써 신속하고 간단한 코팅막의 재생이 가능하며 잔류손상등의 문제도 발생되지 않도록 하였다.
