Abstract

포유동물의 뼈 시알로프테인을 포함하는 골다공증 진단제가 기술되어 있다.
생체로부터 채취한 체액 시료를 상기 골다공증 진단제와 접촉시켜 상기 시료에 존재하고 상기 진단제와 특이적으로 반응하는 항체를 면역화학적으로 검출함으로써 골다공증을 진단할 수 있다.

제1도는 실시예 2에서 얻어진 정상인의 혈청과 골다공증 환자의 혈청에 대한 흡광도를 나타내는 그래프이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 포유동물의 뼈 시알로프로테인(sialoprotein)을 포함하는 골다공증 진단체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 포유동물의 뼈 시알로프로테인이 소의 뼈-특징적 시알로프로테인인 진단제.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 포유동물의 뼈 시알로프로테인이 사람의 뼈 시알로프로테인인 진단제.
  4. 생체로부터 채취한 체액 시료를 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 따른 골다공증 진단제와 접촉시켜 상기 시료에 존재하고 상기 진단제와 특이적으로 반응하는 항체를 면역화학적으로 검출함으로 포함하는 골다공증 진단방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 면역화학적 검출 방법이 ELISA인 진단방법.
  6. 제4항에 있어서. 면역화학적 검출 방법이 RIA인 진단방법.
  7. 제4항에 있어서. 면역화학적 검출 방법이 웨스턴 블로팅(Western blotting)법인 진단방법.
