Abstract

본 발명은 잠재벌키성 폴리에스테르 이수축혼섬사의 제조방법임.
종래의 방법중에서 공중합 폴리에스테르 고수축사를 사용하는 방법은 가격상승요인과 촉감이 나쁜 단점이 있으며, 또 통상적인 미연신사와 연신사를 혼섬하는 방법으로 제조한 혼섬사는 위사 또는 편지에 적용하였을때 미연신사의 수축력이 높아서 원단에 주름을 발생시키는 문제점이 있음.
본 발명은 상기 문제점들을 해결한 것으로서 비수수축율이 30%이상인 미연신사와 5∼25%인 연신사를 다음 조건으로 혼섬하고 긴장열처리함을 특징으로 하는 방법임.

본 발명으로 제조된 혼섬사는 각종 의류용 원단의 원사로 사용됨.

Claims (3)

  1. 비수수축율이 30%이상, 복굴절율(△n)이 0.03∼0.04인 폴리에스테르 미연신사와 비수수축율이 5∼25%인 폴리에스테르 연신사를 다음 조건이 만족되도륵 혼섬한 다음 긴장열치리함을 특징으로 하는 잠재벌키성 폴리에스테르 이수축혼섬사의 제조방법.

  2. 제1항에 있어서, 0.02g/de이하의 장력하에서 130℃이상으로 긴장열처리함을 특징으로 하는 잠재벌키성 폴리에스테르 이수축혼섬사의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 혼섬 및 열처리가 단일공정에서 이루어지도록 함을 특징으로 하는 잠재벌키성 폴리에스테르 이수축혼섬사의 재조방법.
