Abstract
본 발명은 펄프, 제지슬러지 및 제지오니를 이용한 유기비료의 제조방법과 그 유기비료에 관한 것으로, 펄프, 제지슬러지 및 제지오니는 압축하는 방법에 의해 수분을 제거하고자 하나 70-80%의 수분이 그대로 함유되어 있기 때문에 부식에 극히 많은 시간을 요하고, 수분 및 부피를 줄이기 위해 압축을 행하기 때문에 슬러지 및 오니자체의 응집력 때문에 와해가 극히 어려운 등의 원인에 의해 재처리가 어려워 목재등이 주원재료이므로 유기질함량이 풍부하고 제지생산과정에서 필히 첨가되는 무기물등은 각종 토양에 유익한 Mgo, Cao, P등이 포함되어 있으나 이는 탄소율(C/N)이 높은 물성 때문에 재활용이 되지 아니하였다.The present invention relates to a method for preparing organic fertilizer using pulp, paper sludge and paper sludge and organic fertilizer thereof, wherein the pulp, paper sludge and paper sludge are 70-80% water to be removed by a compression method.
