Abstract
본 발명은 산폐수 무방류 처리방법 및 그 시스템에 관한 것으로, 좀 더 상세하게는 a)산폐수를 소석회와 혼합시켜 이의 pH를 조절하는 단계; b)상기 폐수를 교반 및 침전시켜 슬러지 형태로 제거하는 단계; c) 응집제를 첨가하여 교반 시킨 후 응집된 침전물을 재침전, 제거시키는 단계; 및 d) 침전되지 않은 부유물질을 여과시킨 후 용수로 재사용하는 단계로 구성됨으로써 기존의 폐수처리 시스템에 비해 비교적 간단한 물리적 장치만을 사용하므로 시설이 용이할 뿐만 아니라, 폐수의 구성 성분인 유해이온의 농도를 최대한 감소시켜서 재사용시의 안전문제에도 기여할 수 있으며, 중화반응의 부산물로 침전된 슬러지의 처리외에는 어떠한 방류도 이루어지지 않기 때문에 산업용수의 절약이라는 시책이 호응할 수 있는 산폐수 무방류 처리방법 및 그 시스템에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a method for treating acid free wastewater and its system, and more specifically, a) mixing the acid wastewater with hydrated lime to adjust its pH; b) stirring and settling the waste water to remove it in the form of sludge; c) adding and stirring the flocculant and reprecipitating and removing the flocculated precipitate; And d) filtration of suspended solids that have not been precipitated and reused as water, which makes use of relatively simple physical devices simpler than conventional wastewater treatment systems, thus facilitating the facility and increasing the concentration of harmful ions as constituents of wastewater.
