신속하고 안전한 취출동작을 실현하여 장치 전체의 처리 속도를 고속화 한다.
회전원판(10)의 수납공(13)에 캔디 A를 정렬시키는 정렬장치(3)와, 수납공(13)을 관통하는 밀어올리기 부재(24)에 의해 캔디 A를 위쪽으로 취출하는 취출장치(4)와, 취출된 캔디의 상면에 포장지를 첨가시키는 급지장치(8)와, 포장지를 첨부한 상태인 채로 캔디를 파지 파지장치(5)와, 포장지의 개방 양단부를 비틀어 포장하는 비틀기 장치(6)와, 비틀기 포장을 끝난 캔디를 배출하는 배출장치(7)와를 구비한다.

제1도는 본 발명의 한 실시예인 비틀기 포장기의 개략도를 도시한 것이다,
제2도는 정렬장치의 일부를 상세히 도시한 것이다,
제3도는 정렬장치의 일부를 단면도로 도시한 것이다,
제4도는 정렬 원판과 환형판과 캔디 밀어올리기 부재 와의 관계를 도시한 것이다,
제8도는 정렬장치, 취출장치, 파지장치 및 배출장치의 위치 관계를 도시한 것이다,
제10도는 파지 핸드와 밀어내는 아암과 누르는 아암의 관계를 도시한 것이다,
제11도는 파지 핸드의 개폐상태를 도시한 것이다.

Claims (12)

  1. 공급되는 복수의 피포장물을 1개씩 정렬시키는 정렬장치와, 상기 정렬장치에서 피포장물을 취출하는 취출장치와, 상기 취출장치에 의해 취출되는 피포장물에 포장지를 첨부하는 급지장치와, 상기 포장지를 첨부시킨 상태로 피포장물을 파지하는 파지장치와, 파지 상태인 포장지의 개방 양단부를 비틀어 포장하는 비틀기 장치와,그리고 비트는 포장을 끝낸 피포장물을 배출하는 배출장치를 구비하는 비트는 포장기에 있어서, 상기 정렬 장치는, 수평면내에서 간헐적으로 회전하는 회전원판을 구비하고, 상기 회전원판에는 피포장물을 수용하는 수납공이 형성되어 있으며, 상기 취출장치는, 상기 수납공을 관통하는 운동궤적에서 이동하는 밀어올리기 부재와, 이 밀어올리기 부재에 설치되어 피포장물을 위쪽에서 누르는 아암을 구비하며, 상기 밀어올리기 부재가 상기 파지장치와는 별개로 구성되어 있고, 상기 누르는 아암이 상기 밀어올리기 부재에 대응하여 이동하여 피포장물을 위쪽으로 취출하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비트는 포장기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밀어올리기 부재와 누르는 아암은, 크랭크 기구에 의해 소정의 운동궤적을 실현하고 있는 비틀기 포장기.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 누르는 아암의 운동궤적은, 직선적인 상하운동을 실현하는 크랭크 기구, 그리고 이 상하운동에 대략 직교하는 요동운동을 실현하는 보조 크랭크 기구에 의해 형성되는 비틀기 포장기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 취출장치의 밀어올리기 부재는 피포장물을 위치시켜 밀어올리는 아암을 구비하고 있고, 상기 밀어올리는 아암의 선단부는 중공 원통형으로 형성되어 있는 비틀기 포장기.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 취출장치의 밀어올리기 부재는 피포장물을 위치시켜 밀어올리는 밀어올리는 아암과, 또한 피포장물의 상면에 공급되는 포장지를 상기 밀어올리는 아암의 좌우에서 지지하는 포장지의 유지아암을 포함하는 비틀기 포장기.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 정렬장치는, 상기 수납공의 하측에 배치된 고정 환형판과 상기 회전원판과의 상대운동에 의해 피포장물을 소정의 자세로 정렬시키는 비틀기 포장기.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 정렬장치는, 상기 회전원판의 진행방향의 역으로 향하는 방향으로 회전하는 회전 브러시를 추가로 포함하고, 상기 회전 브러시는 피포장물과 접촉하여 피포장물의 정렬을 용이하게 하는 비틀기 포장기.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 정렬장치는, 상기 수납공을 제외하고, 상기 회전원판의 상면을 덮는 우산형 원판이 상기 회전원판 보다 빠른 속도로 연속회전함으로써, 피포장물의 상기 수납공으로의 수납을 원활하게 하는 비틀기 포장기.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 급지장치는, 상기 밀어올리기 부재에 의해 밀어올려진 피포장물의 상면에 대략 수평 자세의 포장지를 공급하도록한 비틀기 포장기.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 급지장치는, 포장지의 공급 통로에 에어 분출구를 구비하고 있고, 분출되는 에어에 의해 포장지의 이동을 용이하게 하는 비틀기 포장기.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배출장치는 회전하는 취출고리를 포함하여, 상기 파지장치가 피포장물의 파지상태를 해제할때, 상기 취출고리가 피포장물을 밀어내도록 하는 비틀기 포장대.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 배출장치는, 동일 속도로 회전하는 3개의 취출고리를 포함하고, 제1의 취출고리가 비틀기 포장이 끝난 피포장물을 밀어낼때, 이에 아울러, 나머지 취출고리가 포장지를 밀도록 하는 비트는 포장기.
