Abstract

본 발명은 전,후면렌즈를 저정곡률을 갖도록 일정두께로 사출성형한후, 가스밸브가 장착된 몸통에 삽입시켜 밀봉시킨 다음, 내부에 액화가스를 충진시켜 렌즈를 제조하므로써, 렌즈의 품질이 균일하게 유지되도록 범용으로 대량생산할수 있고, 제조설비의 콤팩트화 및 가공에 따른 불량발생률을 감소시켜서 제작단가를 대폭 경감시킬수 있는 등의 많은 장점이 구비된 것이다.
이를위해, 본 발명은 전면및 후면렌즈(1) (2)를 각각 일정한 두께를 갖는 곡률로 플라스틱 사출성형하는 공정과, 상기 전면및 후면렌즈(1) (2)를 가스밸브(3)가 장착된 몸통(4)에 삽입시켜 밀봉시키는 공정과, 상기 가스밸브(3)를 통해 몸통(4)내에 액상으로 되도록 일정투과율을 갖는 액화가스를 충진시켜 렌즈(5)를 제조하는 공정으로 된 렌즈제조방법이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 전면 및 후면렌즈(1)(2)를 각각 일정한 두께를 갖는 곡률로 플라스틱 사출성형하는 공정과, 상기 전면 및 후면렌즈(1)(2)를 가스밸브(3)가 장착된 몸통(4)에 삽입시켜 밀봉시키는 공정과, 상기 가스밸브(3)를 통해 몸통(4)내에 액상으로 되도록 일정투과율을 갖는 액화가스를 충진시켜 렌즈(5)를 제조하는 공정으로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 렌즈제조방법.
