Abstract

본 발명은 건축설비의 파이프 외장재로 사용되는 플라스틱 탄성카바의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 특히 난방이나 냉방의 파이프에 단열처리를 하고 그 상부에 감싸줌으로서 보온의 효과를 증대시키면서 외관이 미려한 카바를 제공함에 있고, 특히 카바를 보온재의 외측에서 감싸줄 경우에 카바카 탄성에 의하여 벌어지려는 것을 방지하여 감아주려는 탄성을 이용하여 간편하게 작업을 할 수 있는 것이다.
본 발명은 이를 위하여 압연으로 압출된 플라스틱 시트(1)를 적당한 크기로 절단하여 여러장을 적층한후 이를 지관으로된 롤(2)을 이용하여 말으면 적층된 시트(1)가 일정한 간격으로 밀리면서 롤(2)에 말려지면 이를 지제로 된 카바시트(3)를 이용하거나 동시에 말아준후 테이프(6)등으로 고정시킨 후 숙성기에 삽입하여 일정한 온도로 숙성한 후 그 상태에서 자연냉각 시키면 사용시에 탄성이 유지되는 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 적당한 크기로 절단된 플라스틱시트를 여러장 적층하여 지관을 이용하여 말고 동시에 지제로된 카바시트를 동시에 말은후 테이프로 고정하고, 이를 숙성기에 70-80도에서 5-6시간 숙성시키고 숙성후에는 열을 제거하면서 서서히 2시간 이상을 냉각시킴을 특징으로 하는 건축설비의 파이프외장재로 사용되는 플라스틱 탄성카바의 제조방법.
