본 발명은 그 실시가 매우 용이하고 간편한 것으로서 약간의 힘만 주고 당겨도 한쪽 방향으로 용이하게 찢어지는 (길이방향 또는 길이방향에 대한 수직방향)고밀도 폴리에틸렌 필림의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 원료혼합실린서(103)의 온도를 160-250℃로 유지하고 혼합토출속도는 20-100m/m로 조절한 후 외측다이스(1)와 내측다이스(2)의 공차를 0.05-0.15m/m로 유지하고 그 외경을 160ψ-300ψ로 하되 온도를 역시 160-250℃로 유지시켜서 타이밍벨트(106)을 이용하여 다이스(1) (2)를 180°에서 360°도까지 연속적 또는 간헐적으로 저속회전시킬 수 있는데 일방향 또는 정역방향으로 회전시킬 수 있도록 하고 토출되는 필름(111)의 직경(D)을 상하일정하게 유지시킬 수 있도록 함을 특징으로 하는 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 필름의 제조방법.
