Abstract
레이저가 카테터 제품상에 원뿔형의 테이퍼진 팁을 형성하도록 사용된 방법 및 제품 그리고 장치가 개시되어 있다. 카테터가 성형 공정에 앞서 삽입 바늘위에 놓이므로 성형 공구의 마모에 관련된 문제들을 제거한다. 상기 방법 및 제품은 또한 카테터의 경계를 표시하기 위해 캐뉼러상에 표면 효과를 생성하도록 레이저의 사용을 요구한다.

Claims (7)
- 뾰족한 끝과 카테터 조립체 안에 한정된 통로를 가지는 삽입 바늘과; 상기 바늘위에 배치된 관형 요소위 말단부와 허브를 가지며 말단 팁에서 끝나는 카테터를 포함하며; 상기 바늘은 대부분에 걸쳐 있는 제1시각적 특성과 상기 바늘의 표면상의 상기 카테터 팁을 표시하는 상기 카테터의 말단 팁에 바로 인접한 제2시각적 특성의표면 마무리부를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 카테터 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2시각적 특성 부분은 약 1㎜의 폭을 가지는 특징으로 하는 카테터 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2시각적 특성 부분은 바늘의 나머지 표면 마무리부 보다 반사율이 높은 변형된 표면 마무리부인 것을 특징으로 하는 카테터 조립체.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제2시각적 특성 부분은 상기 제2시각적 특성 부분의 표면에서의 크롬 농도가 상기 바늘의 나머지 부분의 표면에 존재하는 것보다 높게 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 카테터 조립체.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 바늘은 적어도 부분적으로 산화된 외부 층을 가지며, 상기 제2시각적 특성부분은 상기 바늘의 상기 산화된 외부 층을 제거하므로써 한정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 카테터 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 카테터는 광학적 투명 물질로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 카테터 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 카테터의 관형 요소는 폴리우레탄인 것을 특징으로 하는 카테터 조립체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
