본 고안은 레피어직기의 크리퍼헤드에 관한 것으로 가이드부와 분체사이의 틈을 없게하고 고정부의 나사공입구에 금속제너트를 매설함으로써 작업의 편리성 및 내구성을 좋게한 것이다.
종래의 레피어직기 크리퍼헤드는 가이드와 본체의 조립시 금속제 가이드의 밑부분이 크리퍼헤드의 유도부분보다 낮기 때문에 연결부에 틈이 생겨 실과의 마찰이 심하고 틈에 실이끼어 끊어지고 작동테이프와 본체의 조립부에 금속제볼트가 본체내 조립됨으로써 빠른작동 및 진동에 의해 수지류인 본체의 나사공이 파손되는 결점이 있었다.
본 고안은 위와같은 종래의 문제점을 개선코져 안출한 것으로써 첨부된 도면에 의거하여 설명하면 다음과 같다.
크리퍼헤드본체(2)의 선단부에 장착되는 가이드(1)의 저면부(1a)를 몸체(2)의 유도부(2a)보다 높거나 동일하게 유지하도록 함으로써 몸체(2)와 가이드(1)의 사이의 틈을 없게하고 본체(2)와 작동테이프(5)와의 결합부에 있는 나사공(2b) 입구에 나사공과 피치가 동일한 나사공을 갖는 금속제너트(4)를 매설하여 일체가 되게한 구조이다.
이와같이된 본 고안은 가이드(1)를 본체에 결합시 틈이 없게하여 실과 틈의 마찰 및 실이 틈에끼어 실이 끊어지는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
또 본체(2)와 작동테이프와의 결합부에 있는 나사공에 금속제너트(4)를 매설함으로 빠른 작동 및 진동에 의해 수지류인 본체(2)의 나사공이 파손되는 것을 방지한 것으로 보다 실용적인 레피어직기의 크리퍼헤드가 되게한 것이다.

  1. 가이드(1)의 저면부(1a)를 몸체(2)의 유도부(2a)보다 높거나 동일하게 조립하고 본체(2)의 작동테이프조립부의 나사공(2)의 입구에 금속제너트(4)를 매설한 레피어직기의 크리퍼헤드.
