Abstract
장비의 굴삭업 또는 고르기 작업시에 암석이나 나무뿌리 등에 의한 작업장애가 발생할 경우 장비가 스스로 판단하여 장애물을 제거할 수 있도록 자동적으로 처리함으로써 작업의 편의를 도모하고 작업능률을 향상시킬 수 있게 한 것으로서 건설중장비인 굴삭기에 있어서, 어테치먼트가 달려 있고, 작업시 주 펌프 토출압력을 측정하는 주관로(m)상의 압력센서(c1)(c2)와 작동레버의 암컬 작업시 그때의 파이롯트 압력 감지기구로서 압력스위치(d)가 장착되어 있고 이 압력감지신호를 받아 연산후 제어신호를 출력하는 컨트롤러(k)와 이 컨트롤러(k)의 전기적 신호에 의해서 출력 조절 가능하고 쓰로틀 레버(f)와 가버너모터(g)가 장치된 엔진(i) 및 전자 비례 감압밸브(e)가 설치된 펌프가 있으며, 작동기에 걸리는 압력을 2단으로 할 수 있는 2단 릴리프밸브(a1)(a2), 그리고 파이롯트 압력에 의해 2단 릴리프밸브(a1)(a2)를 구동시킬 수 있는 솔레노이드밸브(b)가 장착된 것을 특징으로 하는 건설중장비의 자동 승압방법과 장치.When working obstacles caused by rocks or tree roots occur during the excavation or picking of equipment, the equipment automatically judges itself and removes obstacles.
