Abstract

본 발명은 수용성 발포 벽지용 토나(Toner)에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 간단한 공정으로 인체에 무해한 발포 벽지용 토나를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
본 발명은 무늬 부여용 수지로 수용성 아크릴로니트릴계 수지가 사용되고, 발포제로 이소부탄 또는 이소펜탄의 마이크로 캡슐레이션된 염화비닐리덴-아크릴로 니트릴 코폴리머가 3 내지 15중량% 첨가된 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명의 토나는 인체에 유해한 DOP를 사용하지 아니 함으로써 작업환경이 크게 개선되며, 또한 본 발명에 의한 토나를 사용한 벽지를 도배하였을 경우에 인체에 유해한 성분이 방출되지 아니하므로 국민 건강에 크게 기여할 수 있는 효과를 나타낸다.

Claims (2)

  1. 무늬 부여용 수지로 수용성 아크릴로니트릴계 수지가 사용되고 발포제로 이소부탄 또는 이소펜탄의 마이크로캡슐레이션된 염화비닐리덴-아크릴로 니트릴 코폴리머가 3 내지 15중량% 첨가된 것을 특징으로 하는 수용성 발포 벽지용 토나.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 아크릴로 니트릴 수지는 용액 상태의 것과 에멀젼 상태의 것이 혼합사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수용성 발포 벽지용 토나.
