버섯 재배용 지지틀의 결합장치

본 고안은 버섯 재배용 병을 지지하는 지지틀 결합장치에 관한 것으로서 사각 지지틀을 4등분되게 분할하고 모서리에 결합구를 결합케 하므로서 분해 조립을 간편하게 하여 운송 적재시 편리함을 도모하고자 하는 것이다.
종래에는 버섯 재배용 병지지틀을 일체형으로 형성되어 운반시 많은량을 적재할 수 없고 사용하지 않는 지지틀을 보관함에 있어서도 많은 공간을 차지하는 등의 문제점들이 있었다.
본 고안은 위와같은 문제점들을 개선보안하여 안출한 것으로서 첨부된 도면에 의거 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
4등분 된 지지틀(1, 2)의 결합부에 일측하는 지지돌기(1b)와 결합돌(2a)를 형성하고 타측에는 결합돌기(2a)를 형성하여 결합돌기(1a, 2a)를 결합구(3)로 결합시킬 수 있게하고 일측지지돌기(1b)에는 타측 지지틀(2)이 접촉되게한 구조이다.
이와 같이된 본 고안은 지지틀을 4각형으로 조립하고 그 내부에 칸막이틀(4)를 고정나사(5)로 장치하여 버섯 재배용 병을 보관시켜 사용하는 것으로서 지지틀을 4등분 되게 분할하여 결합구(3)로 결합하고 분리할 수 있게 되어서 운반시 분할하여 많은량을 적재할 수 있으며 사용하지 않는 지지들은 좁은장소에 많은량을 보관할 수 있고 지지틀(1, 2)이 손상될 경우 부분적으로 교환이 가능한 등의 잇점을 얻을 수 있어서 사용시 조립이 간편하여 실용적으로 사용할 수 있는 이점이 있고 본 고안의 결합장치를 일반 상자에 적용시킬 수도 있는 활용성이 높은 장점이있다.

  1. 4등분된 지지틀(1, 2)의 결합부에 일측에는 지지돌기(1b)와 결합돌기(2a)를 형성하고 타측에는 결합돌기(2a)를 형성하여 결합돌기(1a, 2a)를 결합구(3)로 결합시킬 수 있게하고 일측지지 돌기(1b)에는 타측 지지를(2)이 접촉되게한 버섯재배용 지지틀의 결합장치.
