Claims (4)
- 황화아연(ZnS)과 부활제를 포함하는 화합물을 혼합하여 데칸테이션법에 의한 순수세정을 수행하고나서 융제를 첨가하여 소성하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 ZnS계 형광체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 순수 세정에 의해 부활제를 포함하는 화합물 성분의 염소 이온, 황산 이온, 질산 이온이 제거되는 것을 특징으로 하는 ZnS계 형광체의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 부활제를 포함하는 화합물이 황산구리(CuSO4), 질산은(AgNO3), 염화제 2 구리(CuCI2), 염화제1구리(CuC1), 질산구리(Cu(NO3)2), 염화금산(HAuC14) 및 질산알루미늄(AI(NO3)3)중 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 ZnS계 형광체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 융제가 염화바륨(BaCl2), 불화바륨(BaF2), 오오드화나트륨(NaI), 요오드화암모늄(NH4I) 및 요오드화칼륨(KI)중 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 ZnS계 형광체의 제조방법.
