본 발명은 유압기계용 전자비례밸브를 스위치용 트랜지스터로 구동하는 전자비례밸브의 제어장치에 관한 것으로서, 그 구성은 디더신호성분이 포함된 디지탈 조작신호를 출력하는 마이크로 프로세서와, 상기 출력신호를 증폭하는 증폭기와, 스위칭신호를 출력하는 발진부와, 상기 스위칭신호와 상기 조작신호를 합성하여 상기 스위칭용 트랜지스터를 구동하는 신호를 출력하는 신호합성부 및, 상기의 전자비례밸브의 피이드백전압을 검출하는 저항을 부가하여, 이미 설정된 기준전압과 상기의 피이드백전압의 크기를 비교하고, 과전류로 인식하게 되면 현재의 듀티비에서 변동량에 해당하는 듀티비를 더하여 출력하며, 저전류로 인식하게 되면 현재의 듀티비에서 변동량에 해당하는 듀티비를 더하여 출력하는 것으로, 전자비례밸브를 스위칭하는 트랜지스터를 구형파신호로 구동하므로써 상기 트랜지스터의 발열현상을 제거하여 제어회로의 안정화를 도모할 수 있고, 마이크로프로세서에서 직류 디더신호를 발생시키므로써 정전류를 제어하므로써 별도의 디더발생부를 설치하지 않게 되기 때문에 회로의 구성이 간단하다.The present invention relates to a control device for an electromagnetic proportional valve for driving an electromagnetic proportional valve for a hydraulic machine as a switching transistor, the configuration of which includes a microprocessor for outputting a digital operation signal including a dither signal component, and amplifying the output signal.
