Abstract
이 발명은 입력 전압 변동 및 잡음에 무관하게 과전류 보호 동작하는 스위칭 모드 전원공급장치의 과전류 보호장치에 관한 것으로서, 종래의 기술에 있어서는 트랜스(T1)의 1차측에서 전류를 검출하여 과전류 보호에 이용하기 때문에 입력 전압의 변동에 따라 과전류 보호를 위한 과전류 포인트가 연동되며, 스위칭 잡음에 따른 오동작이 발생하기도 하는 결점이 있었으나, 이 발명에서는 히스테리 특성에 의해 잡음에 따른 오동작이 없으며, 입력 전압의 변동에 따른 과전류 보호 포인트가 변하지 않으므로 상기 결점을 개선시킬 수 있는 것이다.The present invention relates to an overcurrent protection device of a switching mode power supply that operates overcurrent protection regardless of input voltage fluctuations and noise.
