Abstract
본 발명은 CCD 카메라를 이용하여 피측정체의 측정점들을 2차원적으로 검출한 다음, 변형후에 각 점들의 거리차를 레이저 거리계에 의해 검출하여 2차원의 형상을 검출하고 이를 변형후에 대해서도 실시하여 변형전과 후의 2차원 위치와 거리차 측정치들을 각 측정점에 대해 3차원으로 분포시킴으로서 3차원 변형량을 검출하는 방법에 관한 것이다The present invention detects the measurement points of the object under a two-dimensional detection using a CCD camera, and then detects the two-dimensional shape by detecting the distance difference between the points after the deformation by a laser rangefinder and performs the deformation after the deformation.
