Abstract

본 발명은 에어콘의 주요부품인 압축기의 과부하 보호장치에 관한 것으로 압축기가 과열하면 즉시 압축기의 전원을 차단하고, 압축기의 온도가 일정온도 이하가 되면 즉시 압축기를 작동하여서 에어콘의 기능을 충실히 실행항 수 있도록 하는 압축기 과부하 보호장치를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 형상기억 합금으로 된 온도감지센서를 압축기표면에 밀착시키므로서 압축기의 과열시에 즉시로 스프링이 수축작용을 함으로서 전원을 차단하고 일정온도 이하로 압축기를 즉시 가동시켜 에어콘으로서의 기능을 충실히 이행할 수 있도록 한다.

Claims (2)

  1. 압축기 과부하 보호장치 몸체와 커버 사이에 탄성체를 끼우므로 해서 과부하 보호장치가 압축기 표면에 밀착될 수 있도록 함을 특징으로 하는 압축기 과부하 보호장치.
  2. 압축기 표면에 발생된 열을 감지하는 감지부와, 감지부로부터 전달된 열에 의해 수축 팽창작용을 하는 제 1 탄성체와, 가동판으로부터 전달된 열에 의해 수축, 팽창작용을 하는 제 2 탄성체와, 제 1 탄성체와 제 2 탄성체를 연결하는 가동판과, 제 2 탄성체에 접착되어 탄성체의 작용에 의해 터미널에 접촉하는 접촉단자로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기 과부하 보호장치.
