본 고안은 엔진 및 변속기용 드레인장치에 관한 것으로 엔진, 변속기등 윤활유를 충입하고 있는 하우징에 대하여 최저수위 부위에 출몰식 드레인을 설치하므로서 오염된 윤활유를 쉽고 안전하게 외부로 배출시킬 수 있게 한 것이다.The present invention relates to a drain device for an engine and a transmission, so that a contaminated lubricant can be easily and safely discharged to the outside by installing a drain type at the lowest water level in a housing filled with lubricant such as an engine and a transmission.
종래 변속기에는 내부윤활유를 배출하기 위한 드레인장치가 없었거나 있다 하여도 해체방식의 구조여서 윤활유를 교환코자 할때는 대부분이 변속기 하우징의 카버일부를 제거하는 방법으로 윤활유 교체작업을 수행함으로 작업이 난이할뿐 아니라 엔진 또는 변속기 하단에 드레인장치를 한 경우는 단순한 나사캡식 구조이여서 캡을 여는 순간 윤활유가 갑자기 강한 압력으로 배출되어 작업자의 피복과 옷 뿐만 아니라 작업장소를 오염시키는 폐단이 있었다.Conventional transmissions do not have a drain device for discharging internal lubricating oil, but they are dismantled, so when replacing lubricating oil, most of them are difficult to replace by removing the cover part of the transmission housing. 이와 같이 된 본 고안은 평상시는 하우징(A)에 동체부(1)가 나사결합되고 연질인 깔대기부(2)가 하우징 안으로 휘어지면서 삽입된 상태에서 마개(4)가 막혀있는 것이여서 내부윤활유의 유출이 없고 또한 깔대기부가 외부기물에 부닫칠 염려가 없는 안전한 상태로 은폐되어 있는 것인데 장기간 주행중 윤활유가 오염되었다고 판단된 경우 이를 교환키 위하여는 작업자가 손으로 고리(3)를 아래로 잡아당기면 연질의 깔대기부(2)가 경질의 동체부(1)를 기준하여 하우징으로부터 아래로 돌출되며 완전한 깔대기로서 위치하게 되는 것이며 이때 걸고리를 돌리면 마개(4)가 해체되는 것이므로 적은 직경의 배출구로부터 오염된 윤활유를 조금씩 배출시키게 되고 완전히 배출되면 마개(4)를 닫고 밀어올리면 역시 동체부를 기준하여 하우징(A) 안으로 연결부가 구부러지며 들어가게 되는 것이다.In the present invention, the stopper 4 is blocked in the state in which the fuselage part 1 is screwed to the housing A and the soft funnel part 2 is bent into the housing.
