Abstract

본 발명은 고열 및 열간에서 마모가 시한 각종 가열로의 바닥, 분체수송용 배관등의 내장에 사용되는 고강도 내화단열 캐스타블 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 단열성을 유지하며서 높은 강도를 갖는 고강도 내화단열 캐스타블 조성물을 제공하고자 하는데, 그 목적이 있다.
본 발명은, 중량%로, 경량골재 : 50-70%, 스피넬 미분 : 7-20%, 내화점토 : 5-15%, 실리카초미분 : 2-7%, 알루미나 시멘트 : 5-15% 및 헥사 메타인산소다 : 2-5%로 조성됨을 특징으로 하는 고강도 내화단열 캐스타블 조성물을 그 요지로 한다.

Claims (3)

  1. 중량%로, 경량골재 : 50-70%, 스피낼 미분 : 7-20%, 내화점토 : 5-15%, 실리카초미분 : 2-7%, 알루미나 시멘트 : 5-15%,및 헥사 메타인산소다 : 2-5%로 조성됨을 특징으로 하는 고강도 내화단열 캐스타블 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 경량골재의 입도가 1-3mm이고, 스피낼 미분의 입도가 40㎛ 이하고, 그리고 상기 실리카 초미분의 입도가5㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 내화단열 캐스타블 조성물.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 경량골재가 다공성 알루미나 또는 다공성 알루미나와 진주석의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는고강도 내화단열 캐스타블 조성물.
