Abstract
본 발명은 분뇨에 함유된 총량 고형물을 원심분리기를 이용하여 초기공정에서 완벽하게 제거하고, 분과뇨만을 하수와 병합처리하거나 청등수를 생산하는 공정을 거쳐 방류수 없이 소미립자로 대기화 시키는 분뇨고도처리방법에 관한 것이다. 즉, 분뇨의 성상과 환경조건 변화에 구애받지 않고 기존 처리방법과 시설을 배제하고 하수와 병합처리코져 할때에는 분뇨에 함유된 총량 고형물을 원심분리기(6)으로 초기공정에서 완벽하게 제거하여 분과 뇨만을 하수처리공정과 연계하여 처리토록하며 ; 분뇨 치리시설을 단독으로 운영코져 할때는 상기 원심분리기(6)를 거친 분과 뇨를 저류소화조(7), 탈수기(10)등을 거치면서 생산된 청등수를 건류실(35)와 증발실(37)로 대분된 기화조(12)를 통하여 방류수없이 소미립자로 기화시키는 특징을 갖는다.The present invention completely removes the total amount of solids contained in the manure in the initial process using a centrifugal separator, and the manure-altitude treatment to make the manure into atmospheric air with small particles without effluent through the process of combining only manure with sewage or producing blue water.
